We offer on site repairs of most items. Nothing is too small or too big for us to take care of—just ask! A written estimate will be given before any work is done.
We can also repair watches and replace watch batteries. (Batteries are usually done while you wait.)
Free Second Opinions
Sometimes you just want to know if what you bought was what they said it was. Or maybe you just inherited something and you need to know if it is real or real valuable. We can help you with that. Just bring the item in for us to look at it and test if needed. We will be very straight forward with you on this. We will tell you the real truth—our reputation depends on it.
Free Cleaning
Any fine jewelry you have should be cleaned regularly, especially if it is worn often. We want your jewelry to look great all the time, so we encourage professional cleaning—even if you clean it yourself at home. Come in and let us do that for you—FREE! We want you to be proud of all your jewelry all the time.
Consignments
We take in loose diamonds and gently worn, stylish pieces of jewelry for resale. Fees and insurance for these items are clearly stated before consigning. |
